Bonaire Yacht Charters is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Catamaran/Powerboat Captain to join our team. You'll be responsible for our 46ft Lagoon catamaran, Maxim, and our newly acquired Axopar motorboats. (22/25/45ft)

Based at Van der Valk Plaza Resort Bonaire, a luxury all-inclusive resort known for its tranquil atmosphere and exceptional amenities, including a beautiful pool and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and navigate the catamaran and powerboats, ensuring compliance with all local and international maritime regulations.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times.

• Collaborate with the crew to maintain cleanliness, order, and provisioning of the vessels.

• Assist with guest activities, including snorkeling, diving, and other water sports.

• Actively promote our charter experiences to potential guests and act as a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required Qualifications: Possession of a Boatmaster 3 or equivalent certification. Sailing experience is essential.

• High Service Standards: A strong commitment to delivering top-quality service.

• Adventurous Spirit: Passion for the sea, exploration, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for safety, cleanliness, and order on board.

• Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously in a close-knit team environment.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Dutch to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests.
